A workshop plan is not a slide outline. It is a sequence of experiences: what participants do, what they discuss, what the facilitator listens for, and what changes by the end. A useful deck preserves that rhythm and gives the facilitator enough instruction to run the room without reading a document.
What you bring
- A half-day or full-day facilitation plan
- Training notes with exercises and timings
- A workshop outline with learning outcomes
How the deck is shaped
- Audience, outcome and working agreement
- Modules with a purpose and timebox
- Exercises, debrief questions and expected answers
- Facilitator notes, recovery prompts and appendix
Where it stops
- It cannot replace a facilitator’s judgement or room-reading.
- It does not create participant worksheets or printable handouts.
- Long workshops may need separate materials for group exercises.
