pastedeck is a small independent project, and every email is read and answered by the developer who builds it.

There are two addresses, and choosing the right one gets you a faster answer:
- support@pastedeck.app — general questions, failed generations, and refund requests.
- privacy@pastedeck.app — privacy questions and data-subject requests, including requests for access, deletion or a copy of your data.
What to include
For a refund or a failed generation, include the transaction ID and roughly when it happened. Please do not send the full text of your document: a description of the problem plus the transaction ID is enough for us to look into it.
Response times
Data-subject requests are handled within 30 calendar days, as the privacy policy sets out. Other mail usually gets a reply within a few working days.
Email is the only channel. There is no phone support, no contact form and no live chat.
